The Equall Conference is back for its 21st edition this 4th-5th March with a stellar lineup, including a special address by Senator Elizabeth Warren, and 8 keynote speakers: Women in Business Club | London Business School Really excited about the impending internship at Amazon and looking forward to a great Year-2 at London Business School! Of course, the highlight has been meeting amazing people on the way who’ve been true friends and selfless mentors all along. I was always fascinated about B-School competitions and, after multiple bummers, I was overwhelmed that my team emerged LBS winners at the Amazon Pathways MBA Challenge 2021, and we ranked 4th among 200+ teams from the Top European B-Schools. Through Year-1, I have been fortunate to have lived and furthered diversity at LBS in multiple forms, whether it was helping set up the EQUALL Conference by Women in Business Club | London Business School or co-founding a community through LBS Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition Discussion Group or enabling Tattoo – LBS’ annual celebration of diversity. Thank you to the team who helped put this together: Ankit Kalyani Katie Beittenmiller Laure Montangerand Naveen Kler Shalini Chudasama (she/her) Aaron Cho Roomi Chowdhury, Ph.D Mariana Pino Tello Maria Fernanda Virues Macias Rossen Pomakov Renata Zhong Julia Hamilton Tsepo Serakalala Pooja Jain Niklas Vater Ricardo Giannine Teixeira Yaasha Hasan Tomas Rizzo George Dimitroulis Byron Henry Kavya Munsif Tara Waniganayaka Renata Zhong Eunice Oyedeji Hannah Millard Women in Business Club | London Business SchoolĪs Year-1 of MBA draws to a close, I can’t help but reflect on the experiences that have kept refreshing #whyilovelbs! Most recently, I am elated about the opportunity to drive positive impact to the upcoming academic year as the President of London Business School Student Association! I'd like to challenge you all to speak UP and speak OUT against bullying and harassment. I'd like to thank my brave peers who shared their experiences so we could all learn and have real conversations about how we can grow. Talking about bullying and sexual harassment and assault is the only way to begin to instil real change. The best part is, the conversations are still occurring - even among those who weren't present! It's safe to say, this was success - we had over 500 attendees across six events that covered different themes such as socioeconomic discrimination and sexual harassment in the workplace and gained over 200 pledges against bullying and harassment. Last week, through my role on London Business School Student Association, I hosted Speak Out LBS, London Business School's inaugural anti bullying and harassment week.
